Mock Oral Boards On Saturday, September 26, 2009, the Metropolitan Philadelphia Chapter of the American College of Surgeons hosted Mock Oral Examinations at the Walter and Lenore Annenberg Center at Lankenau Hospital. Thirty-four senior residents and recent graduates and 34 attending surgeons from Abington Memorial Hospital, Drexel University Hospital, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Lankenau Hospital, Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, and Temple University Hospital participated in the event. The examinations were held in two sessions, and concluded with a wrap-up meeting with comments and recommendations for the examinees from the examiners. The Metro Chapter wishes to thank all of the participants in the Mock Oral Exams that helped to make this very useful and important exercise a success.
